Falc Immobilien Schweiz GmbH is run by Cigdem Genc. She is a qualified financial adviser (IAF), worked as an adviser and team leader from 1997 and has been self-employed since 2002.

That background in financial advice still shapes the work. Someone selling a house rarely has only a property question. There is the mortgage, the property gains tax, sometimes an inheritance to divide or a move abroad. Those threads come together here instead of being spread across three firms.

Much of our work comes through recommendation, and many clients have either moved to Switzerland or are leaving it again. Advice is available in German and in English.
